Only for defective and damaged products you can opt for an exchange.

No REFUND available only exchange/return is possible.

Eligibility for an product exchange:

For exchange, intimate & request us within 48 hours of product delivery.

kindly share an unboxing video of the damaged product.

A replacement will be sent after we receive and verify the returned item.

The product must be in unused and in the same condition (with the foldings and tags intact) that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We strictly don’t accept product for color variations or fabric texture.

Please note, we will not be able to process exchanges if more than 48 hours have passed since the delivery of your order.

The customer is responsible for shipping cost for returning item to and fro.

For International customer, an Exchange/Return is not available.

Once an order is placed, Cancellation is not possible.

If the product is out of stock, exchange is not possible and we issue “Gift card” to the concern customer and it is valid for one month.
